Field ticketing, running live in your browser

This is a working field ticketing app, not a slide deck or a video. Create a ticket, price it from the price book, sign it, approve it, and watch the export grids fill in. Everything below runs on your device. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

It is the same pattern Crude HR builds for oilfield service companies and industrial contractors: the crews that do the work, get the ticket signed, and bill the operator. Digital field tickets captured on mobile devices, approved the same day, and handed to billing and payroll without manual data entry.

Try it as a field hand

Open a ticket, log job details, add line items from the price book, and capture a signature. This is the view your crews live in.

Try it as a supervisor

Review submitted ticket data, correct line items, and approve. Approval is the gate where pricing gets confirmed before anything reaches billing.

Try it as a company man

Your customer's rep signs off on the work at the location. The signature attaches to the same record, so nobody hunts for a signed copy when the operator questions an invoice later.

Use the role switcher inside the app to move between all three.

How this maps to a real field ticket process

In a production build, the same screens run on the phones and tablets your crews already carry. The app is built to work offline, because most job sites have poor coverage. Ticket data is stored on the device and syncs automatically once the truck reaches signal, so the record never depends on the drive back.

Rates come from the contract price book for that customer instead of memory, which is most of the work of minimizing errors on an invoice. The supervisor gate is where pricing is confirmed. After that, approved tickets move on their own.

Once the data syncs, one record feeds billing and payroll. That is what shortens invoice cycles and gives the office real time visibility into field operations instead of a month-end reconstruction.

Field ticketing software only earns its keep if the crews will actually use it, which is why the mobile app matters more than the dashboard. Electronic field tickets work when two things are true at once: the hand filling one out spends five minutes instead of an evening, and whoever is managing field operations gets a clean, priced ticket the same day the work happened.

What the demo leaves out

This version is deliberately self-contained so you can click through it without an account. A real build adds the parts that need your systems:

  • Offline sync against a live backend rather than local browser storage
  • Integrations into your ERP, accounting systems, and payroll provider
  • Your actual ticket layout, JSAs, roles, and approval rules
  • Accounts, permissions, and audit logging for every field worker
